What City Inspectors Will Check (So You Don't Have To Worry)

  • Egress windows: min. 0.35m² opening, no dimension under 380mm (15″)
  • Fire separation: 12.7mm (½″) drywall on walls and ceiling, taped and sealed

  • CO detectors: required near sleeping areas, interconnected with smoke alarms
